Data Controller (us)

Bruval will provide the requested hosting service. Our identification and contact details are available on our website (https://bruval.pt), used to make your reservation or to ask questions. These details will also be present on the invoice that will be sent to you.

User

The user who filled out the reservation form or any other documentation related to it.

Purpose

The processing of data provided through this form aims to manage the reservations made by the user and/or respond to the questions/requests that have been submitted to us.

Legal Basis

  • The legal basis is the necessity to perform our contract with you, the user, or the necessity to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Alternatively, it’s your consent, provided by ticking the acceptance box of the Terms and Conditions, of which this Privacy and Personal Data Policy is a part.

Duration

We will store the data provided by the user for as long as necessary to manage the reservation made, as well as the requested hosting services. Once the management is completed, your data will be kept for six (6) months. If you consent to receive marketing and/or commercial information, your data will be stored until you revoke your consent.

Processor

Amenitiz, TalkGuest, and Yescapa act under our authority in booking the properties described here, and a contract has been signed for the provision of their services. We have instructed the processor in writing, according to how the processing should be carried out.

Users who use other people’s data

If the user provides personal data regarding a person other than themselves, they are responsible for such acts, as well as for obtaining the respective person’s consent to provide their data.

Data Transfer

We will not transfer personal data to a third country outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).

Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending an email or via postal service to the contact details available on our booking website and on our invoices.

Supervisory Authority
